Our Wailkoloa location
Our Wailkoloa takeout location offers the same high quality, super-fresh ingredients and the same delicious recipes as our Kona restaurant. Both locals and tourists enjoy our authentic Japanese sushi and bento to go. To maintain the high quality, we only make just enough at a time. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask our sushi chefs and in 10-15 minutes your order will be ready for you. While your at the Island Gourmet Markets, pick up a bottle of wine to go with your sushi!
We also cater private parties and functions with guests ranging from 5 to 500. Please give us a call and we can work out a custom menu to your liking. As always, the Shiono attention to quality and detail will shine through, making your occasion a special one!
